One of my clients was feeling stuck.
“I don’t even know what I want to do anymore.”
The industry had shifted. Opportunities dried up. AI is changing the game. And the familiar roles he once stepped into? No longer there.
So I asked him:
What is your low-hanging fruit — not for passion, but for provision?
And deeper than that: What makes you irreplaceable, even in an age of AI?
Not your résumé. Not your old story.
But the way you think. The way you see. The way you lead.
Your energy. Your presence. Your essence.
And then someone turned the question back to me:
“What would ChatGPT say makes you irreplaceable?”
So I asked.
And what came through was beautiful — not because it flattered me, but because it reminded me.
I’m not irreplaceable because of my past roles.
I’m irreplaceable because of how I show up.
Because of the space I hold.
Because of the way I help people see themselves clearly, sometimes for the first time.
And yet, even knowing that, I sometimes forget.
I still default to the performance.
I still reach for the old script.
I still wonder if I’m “doing enough.”
But when I drop into my genius, my truth, my way of being — I remember.
And if I forget… maybe others are forgetting too.
So I’ll be writing a short series about this —
About what makes us irreplaceable.
About how we remember it.
About how we bring it forward — even when the old playbook no longer fits.
Maybe you’re in that space too.
Let’s explore it together.
If this spoke to you, consider sharing or gifting it to someone else who’s ready to hear their own voice again — or give it a restack to ripple it wider.
And if you’re being called to go deeper consider a paid subscription where you’ll get full access to subscriber-only content as well live interactions and experiences.
