We’re conditioned to look for genius in the loudest places:
The titles. The results. The recognition.

But your zone of genius?
It rarely shouts.

It’s not the thing that impresses people at first glance.
It’s the thing that sticks with them after.
It’s not in your resume bullets — it’s in the way people feel seen, shifted, steadied by your presence.

For me, it’s always been how I see people.
Not just what they do — but who they are.
How I hold a mirror up to the part of them they’ve forgotten.

That doesn’t always fit into a business strategy deck.
It doesn’t scale the way most people think of scaling.

But it’s the thing no AI can replicate.
It’s the thing that creates change — not just output.

I’ve learned that the more I drop into that space, the less I need to prove.
And the more resonance I create.

Your genius isn’t the loudest thing about you.
It’s the truest.

So if you’ve been waiting to be discovered —
or trying to explain your value in a way that sounds “legit” —
maybe start here:

What’s the thing you do that feels effortless, but leaves others transformed?

That’s your genius.
Stop overlooking it just because it comes easy.
Start honoring it because it’s rare.
